  • Document management – supervising the circulation, filing, and archiving of legal documents and official correspondence
  • IP rights renewals – coordinating the renewal of trademark, design, and patent protection rights; monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely action to maintain clients’ registered rights
  • Client communication support – handling incoming enquiries and ensuring clients receive prompt, clear responses
  • Coordination with IP offices – liaising with the Polish Patent Office (UPRP), EUIPO, and other relevant bodies on procedural and administrative matters

Background

Olga holds a degree from the University of Silesia in Katowice, Faculty of Social Sciences, in the field of Philosophy and Philosophical Consulting. Her academic background — grounded in analytical thinking, structured argumentation, and careful attention to meaning — translates directly into the precision and clarity that IP office management demands.

Beyond the office: published author

Outside her role at PATENTBOX, Olga is a published literary author. Her debut novel Nie wszyscy pójdziemy do raju (Not All of Us Will Go to Heaven, Wydawnictwo Drzazgi, 2022) was recognised by three of Poland’s literary awards in 2023:

  • Winner – Nagroda Literacka Miasta Radomia 2023 (Literary Award of the City of Radom), category: literary fiction
  • Nominated – Nagroda Literacka im. Witolda Gombrowicza 2023, awarded annually for the best Polish prose debut
  • Nominated – Nagroda Literacka Nike 2023, one of Poland’s most prestigious literary prizes
