Active in the Intellectual Property field for over 40 years. In the 70′ and 80′ of the XXth century he worked in “Energoprojekt” – the Energy Design Office of Poznań.
Member of the Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office (epi).
Romuald has an engineering background. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in the field of Industrial Electrical Engineering at the Poznań University of Technology
